Ambrosia – Edition 1 (July 2021)
Spices are the heart and soul of most cooking around the world, but particularly Indian cuisine as there are countless different spices used in regions all around the country for all the varieties of dishes. Spices are rich in both flavour and colour and are a key ingredient in what make Indian dishes look and smell so good! They give off a heavenly aroma and make you keep wanting to go in for seconds and thirds when eating. This is why I love to use different spices and spice mixes in all my cooking. Just a pinch of chilli powder or a dash of oregano can make the world of difference in your cooking.
