There is a world of difference between this award winning soya sauce and most of products in the market. The finest quality available, produced by an artisan producer to a traditional recipe. It contains organic whole soya beans rather than soy isolates, and roasted whole wheat which are naturally fermented slowly in the cedarwood kegs.
It is perfect to be used in all Asian recipes as a replacement for normal Soya sauce.
