These Membership Terms apply to all subscription-based memberships offered by Poetry of Spices.
By purchasing or accessing a membership, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
1. Membership plans
We offer the following membership plans:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Six-monthly
- Annual
Each plan provides access to the same membership content and features, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. The difference between plans is the billing period and payment frequency.
2. Membership access
Access to membership content begins immediately after successful payment. Memberships are for personal, non-commercial use only and must not be shared or transferred.
3. Subscription billing and renewal
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected.
By purchasing a membership, you authorise Poetry of Spices to:
- charge the subscription fee for your selected plan
- automatically renew your membership at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, six-monthly, or annually)
Renewal charges will be taken at the rate shown at checkout unless you cancel before your renewal date.
4. Free trials and promotional access
From time to time, we may offer free trials or promotional access to our memberships.
Free trials:
- are optional and time-limited
- may only be available during specific promotions
- are not guaranteed to be offered at all times
If a free trial is offered:
- you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged
- if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription under the selected plan
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at info@poetryofspices.com.
When you cancel:
- your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- no further payments will be taken after cancellation
- no partial refunds are provided for unused time
6. Refunds
Because membership access begins immediately and provides access to digital content:
- membership fees are non-refundable once access has begun, unless required by law

7. Failed payments
If a payment fails:
- we may attempt to reprocess the payment
- access to membership content may be suspended until payment is successful
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by failed or declined payments.

If changes affect your active membership:
- we will notify you in advance where required
- changes will take effect from your next renewal date
9. Changes to membership content
We may update, add to, or remove membership content at any time. We do not guarantee that specific content will always be available, but we aim to maintain the overall value of the membership.
10. Misuse of membership
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships if:
- login details are shared
- the membership is used for commercial purposes

No refunds will be issued in cases of misuse or breach.
