Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled, chopped and frozen
  • 2 passionfruit, pulp scooped out 
  • 100g mango or vanilla greek style yoghurt
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1-2 tbsp lime juice
  • 150ml coconut milk
  • For garnish: fresh mango chunks and fresh passionfruit pulp

method

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Peel, chop, and freeze the ripe mango. Scoop out the pulp from the passionfruit.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen mango chunks, passionfruit pulp, mango or vanilla Greek style yogurt, maple syrup, lime juice, and coconut milk.
  3. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
