These delightful treats are described perfectly by their name - they are soft, super chewy and all around perfect. Made with rolled oats, roasted desiccated coconut and golden syrup these cookies have a caramel toffee flavour along with a unique texture different to a typical cookie. They are incredibly healthy and filled with fibre and oats, while still being sweet and absolutely delicious.
My boys love any type of cookies from chocolate chip to matcha cookies or even sesame cookies . But it's the coconut oatmeal cookies which over time has become there. . .
