Tofu is my family's all time favourite food item, and its no surprise why!! It is such a versatile ingredient which can absorb and enhance any flavours, and these can be fried, sautรฉed, baked and even more! It is rich in protein, low in calories and is available in different textures from silken to soft to firm, providing a variety to blend with the type of dish being prepared. It can be served with rice or noodles, in soup or as an appetiser or just enjoyed by itself as a stir fry tofu dish.
